AdventureMind was started by Belinda Kirk who has led groups into the wilderness for 30 years and witnessed first-hand the power of adventure to change people’s lives for the better. For the past decade she has researched the psychology of why choosing challenge in nature is essential to mental health and is the author of “Adventure Mind: Transform your wellbeing by choosing challenge”.

Adventure Mind is guided by a group of experts working together to help more people use adventure for their wellbeing and mental health
